The library does not provide all, or even most, textbooks for your classes and not all are available as eBooks. However, there are some we have purchased due to their high use rate and their availability online. Below is a sample list of some of the textbooks we offer and you can search our catalog to check for others. Check with your professor, the syllabus, or the bookstore to ensure you are using the correct book and edition for your specific class.
When sharing eBook links ensure you are using the Permalink. Different platforms have varying ways of doing so.
1. Ebsco: Click permalink at the top of the page and copy the URL from the box.
2. ProQuest: Click permalink below the book image and then copy the link from the pop out window.
Another thing to consider when using library textbooks is the amount of licensed users. This can be as low as one at a time to unlimited. We DO NOTrecommend using Overdrive for course textbooks as they are checked out for up to 21 days and prevent simultaneous use.
1. Ebsco: Licensing restrictions are found while viewing the eBook next to the cover.
2. ProQuest: Licensing restrictions are found in the book preview next to the cover.
