I need help with logging in

1. Access to databases and Ebooks is with your CCU Login. 
   1. CUS and CAGS students should have this account already, Dual Enrollment students need to request a CCU Login. 
   2. Request a CCU Login here, https://secure.ccu.edu/cculoginrequest 
   3. This is the same login you would use for Brightspace (Students use their CCU ID# and same password you set up to access Brightspace; Staff/faculty use their username and password).
   4. The CCU Login is for currently enrolled students and is not available for alumni, parents, and visitors.  However, Alumni, parents and visitors CAN ACCESS all of the library's resources while on-site in the library.  Please ask library staff for assistance. 
   5. Sometimes students find themselves in a database page that asks for a login and a working CCU Login still doesn't work.  The key is what path took you to that page. Please start at the library page and go to the database from there. 
2. Your library account is different than the CCU Login account.  It tracks your check outs, holds and fines. The library account uses your CCU ID number and your library account password.
