If the CCU Library doesn't have an item you need, first check Prospector. To request items in Prospector you'll need your CCU ID number (most faculty don't know their number) so please call us at x3250 or Service Central x3230 for your CCU ID number.
If you need an item that isn't available through Prospector, please contact Shane Ratzell (303-963-3255) with your contact information and the citation.
Shane will get the item for you and you'll receive an email or call when it is here for you. Interlibrary loans take longer than requesting items yourself in Prospector (2-7 days depending on what you need and where we get it from). There is no charge.

The library relies heavily on student staff and hires approximately 10 students during the Fall and Spring semesters and 4-5 students during the summers. Students need to be eligible for Work Study (check your financial aid letter in WebAdvisor). The library is a good fit for many students needing an on-campus job, offering flexibility with their schedule and a nice work environment with friendly librarians. The library is open 92 hours and 7 days a week.
My.ccu.edu has a link to Student Employment (under "Resources" tab). Because library openings can happen year round, your best bet is to contact a librarian or library student staff any time of the year..!
Study & Conference Rooms
Two conference rooms are available and can be reserved at the Library's Circulation desk. The small conference room holds 4-6 people and the large conference room holds 8-10 people; both have a white board. A slip outside each conference room door lists that day's reservations and both are available first-come, first-served if not reserved.
There are 6 individual study rooms in the library and all are upstairs; three have computers. Reservations can be made at the Circulation desk.
